@Mouche Kenny I sent mine to Boston Office and no update yet. I didn’t get update on “Request for Evidence Was Sent” when I received this medical RFE. Not sure what’s going on with my case status.

@Kanye East Yes, I have tracking and someone signed. it. But it is the federal building and there are other federal agencies inside the building. I just want confirmation that USCIS actually, in fact, received my medical. I am waiting for them to update my case status, saying “Response to Request for Evidence Was Received” on my USCIS account.

@Kanye East When Boston Office sent me this medical RFE, my case status didn even change to “Request for Evidence Was Sent”….. Not sure what going on. This is another reason why I want to confirm that they received it.

@M sheikh yeah I sent it since may 19th bro… they said they received it and working on it, but some people say it shouldn’t take no more than 60 days to get an answer from USCIS… it’s almost 90 days 🤷🏾
