Vawa approved, expedited 485 no response in a month
I expedited my vawa and form 485, only vawa was expedited and approved but nothing reglected in my form 485, I filled an expedite request for form 485 more than a month no any response from USCIS.
I contacted congress man for help.
is that going to help?

Congrats on that.
I know they have to work on the i360 before touching the i485 which depends on the i360 being approved.

yes it will help! I contacted congress man sept 13th and got a reply sept 29th, both i601 waiver and i485 got approved yesterday oct. 9th! To God be the Glory!

@A T it was the health condition of my wife we are still living together, sometimes it doesn't be extremely It's just depends who has your expedite case!!!!! If you have some evidences give it a trial!!! you have nothing to lose by trying
