I’m actually concerned too. I think a lot of it has to do with the updates from December 2025 they’ve been saying they’re investigating harder than ever to prevent fraud, so delays are expected. My lawyer said Vermont has been slow before, but never this slow and this aggressively strict. She also said we should expect more NOIDs and denials than RFEs now. I know that my case itself is under fraud investigation. God bless us. I’ve been waiting since August 2021, and it really upsets me to think my 5 years could be wasted just because I was young and dumb enough to fall in love with someone who not only betrayed me, but abused me physically and emotionally. That only relationship that I had in my lifetime, 5 years later still doing a huge impact on me.

yes is crazy. Timeline is gonna move to 70 months with that rhythm . At least what ever desition we need to get if is denial to not waste more time waiting. some of us had travelling careers and we got stuck like the sardines in the can here loosing our half life

It's not looking good at all! I think a lot of people filed vawa as a last resort and just messed everything up for people who actually have a legit claim. A lot of people have 2 or more cases they did: Asylum, Vawa, etc...... what are the odds, you fear to go to your country and then you come here get abused and the first trip is right back to the country you claimed you're scared to go to. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 just because someone cheated on you or wants a divorce is not grounds for Vawa so many abuse this and it's bad for every legit victim.

Feb 2022, no RFE, just received approval of EAD renewal but only for 18 months, no 5 years.

im june 2022 still waiting ,no rfe ,6 Prima facie

February 2022 I was approved on November 25,I’m waiting for I-485 approval

@Mary V I will appreciate if you reply I filled for a new one in January got 5 yrs but USPS misplaced it filled again in June but I have not gotten a response yet so will I get 2 yrs or 5 yrs

@Highly favored blessed I am not from the banned countries. I submitted June 17th. If you go to your online account you can see a tab with documents. I had also contacted my congressman, but I am not sure if that had contributed to the approval.
