don't bother about ur approval notice ....they will just send it to u . the most important thing is that ur EAD has the C31 on it. I got my approval letter about 2 months after my c31 was mailed to me. so congrats.....worry less

@olu olu, I filled in Dec 2018, got my EAD, two times, two years and now six months expired EAD, making 2years six months. Now my case was approved and new card being processed form Ii- 485 waiting to be delivered

form I -130 was approved in January 2022, before my form I -485 was approved in March 7th and my case has been transfer to my benefits center location in USCIS case status, case history.

@Krish90 krish Your time is coming. Don't ever give up. I did everything you listed to follow up on my pending case after two responses to RFEs but nothing worked. I decided to stay busy with work and just wait for the right time.

CO9 is work authorization issued based on pending i485 if you filed one and C31 is work authorization issued when your VAWA petition is approved . So if you filed i360 and i765 , you won’t get EAD till after i360 is approved which can take years

@krish90 krish thank you for that analysis. it means I still need to prepare for another renewal before my c31 got expired. because it valid for 1 year. till they start producing the GC
