@haj 97 I only sent a copy of license and Work ID, it’s on the website. don’t know if it still implies since the Covid restrictions has being lifted. I think offer letter can work also.

@uscislin linuscis mine was base on physical, financial and emotional abuse, submitted all evidence of physical, and financial abuse, also good moral, friends and neighbors attestation. and others document showing the marriage was in good faith etc

@Nik Nelly my lawyer did the whole process, I filled out the i765 form, after she mailed it she sent an email afterwards containing a copy of my license and work ID requesting to expedite base on medical personnel.
