i485 : still in progress ( transferred to another office during Sep 2024)
any idea when this can be called for medicals/interview?
how can I expedite? can I actually expedite VAWA based i485?

got my VAWA approved SET 2024 with , medical done in SET 2024 and nothing yet.

@life is great my vawa was approved September 2024 too, and medical received March 5 2025. No update since. it looks like they are not adjudication the vawa i485. what state are you from.

@Love ❤️ Vawa approved June 2025 they received my medicals September 2025, and after that 2 biometrics appointments, my case is in NBC , I’m tired too, you have biometrics after ur medical rfe?

Based on your timeline, you are still within a normal VAWA adjustment range. While expedite is possible it is very difficult without a strong humanitarian or emergency reason. Most likely next steps are either medical RFE, interview or direct approval, depending on your file and evidence
