I want to apply for VAWA, but my I-485 based on marriage was previously denied. Is it okay/ safe to request a police certificate of conduct even though my previous application was denied? the Certificate Conduct is mandotory?

can u apply for vawa while you have 1485 case based on marriage going on ? how do u stop 1485 case
