I filed VAWA in September 2021, and since then, I have not received medical benefits, only work authorization. My I-360 was approved around August of last year. I have a question for my people: my lawyer renewed my work permit, they have received it and already got the confirmation letter. On the app, it shows my I-765 status as "PROCESS", and for the very first time, my I-485 status also shows "PROCESS". What does this mean, everyone? Has anyone experienced the same situation? Are they processing my green card? vawa#i485#

when did she renew ur work permit? Mine c31 was renewed in March but still dnt get receipt notice yet. my vawa was approved on September 2024, they received my medical March 5, 2025 and no update since. i don't know what am going to do when my permit expires in September.

you will have to trust God for a miracle @Love ❤️. I received my wp 2 weeks before the expiration date. The job was already asking and it came just in time. I prayed and let God handle the rest

@F A the lawyer applied to renew c31 180 days before it expired that was in March and the office has not yet receive the receipt notice.
