@steve J I file Wawa Oct 2023 send expedite for work permit February 2024 then receive letter for background check a few days now .. do you know what come next

@bless Emma If you filled concurrently, you should be able to get an EAD under c09 in 4 to 6 months from filing date. or once you respond to the background check you will prolly get an Ead and advanced parole if you filled concurrent.

@bless Emma it’s safe to travel with parole only after analyzing where you will land through out your journey. some countries will required transit visas. for example if you are traveling to Africa from USA, one will prefer using Kenyan, Ethiopian, Brussels( no to Ghana 🇬🇭 and no to Nigeria, yes Cameroon 🇨🇲 and Ivory Coast 🇨🇮) no means they will require transit visas. most Africans who will use advanced parole will need a transit visas if passing through Delta or France airlines or any one landing Charles degauille French airport. make sure you know your stops don’t require transit visas or the more expensive way, book embassy appointment of those nations requiring transit visas to get one before traveling. choose your flight wisely!!!! that’s the only fear. another example is if your are flying from the US through London to any European country you will need that Schengen visas ( Transit visas) to board. be very cautious in choosing airlines or flight!!!!!!!!!!’
