file July 2021, 1st RFE was September for police clearance , prima facie weeks later then January 2022 I got my combo card ,

I also got prima facie just got my 2nd prima facie but no ead/advance parole yet. filed July 2021. Am so depressed 😔 and breaking down 😢. Now even the i360 processing time has changed to 30.5 months

@sam Singh I have nothing else that can prove the marriage is in good faith he took everything

Get affidavits from friends and family. letter from landlord

Proof of joint usage of health insurance, dental and vision. proof of emergency contact at work.

Your case is on the verge of getting denied so don’t stay and say you don’t have anything. Search your joint life like your life depends on it

once we moved in together he stop working, we never got that far in our marriage to have health insurance , I was the one who ways paying for everything, he refused to put his name on the Electricity bill or any other bill because if I can’t pay it, it will mess up his credit, my husband knew what he was doing when he married me, he know that I needed my papers and he use that to control me

i think you need to write a very detailed letter explaining everything that happened and the reason why you don’t have extra evidence to give and send it as a response to the RFE

affidavits from friends and family and a psychologist report are the only option you have
