Based on the uscis webinar in april earlier this year, they said its already abjudicating cases. the employees come on monthly/weekly basis to collect paper forms from their brick and mortar locations in vermont and work at home. The officers who are now in Hart are mostly from the same humanitarian dept who were earlier based in vermont for now. they are hiring still, so yes they are working on vawa cases in hart service centre, Not sure if that will make anything faster since if the same officers are working for hart then it means no increase in workforce as such

you can never trust uscis. this backlogs was accredited to covid. 2 years after covid, cases had to move faster ideally. but the processing time keeps getting worse!

I think we should just stay positive and the results will be apparent in a couple of months. HART seems to be a very promising project which will yield positive results.
