how long it’s takes to get a work permit with Vawa ??

If you filled your form I765 under C09 category I’ll say mine got approved after 10months. I know you get work permit on your vawa case after you have been approved which is category C31.

@AA would you mine sharing while you file VAWA, I have a friend that I believe can file it but I need some help assisting him, he has been married to a US citizen for over 7 years and his wife has been abusing him etc Infidelity. He is currently undocumented and she don’t want to assist him in getting his paper works.
