Did you use lawyer ? also did you track it with the tracking number? I got mine after 7 days

@Ayoade I do everything myself and have nothing to track. No update about the card at all

uscis will definitely provide you a tracking number for your card to be delivered to your address. You may want to reach out to them by mail

Your lawyer might not tick the card part on your form.
