Hi everyone, I applied my vawa case on April 2024. I got my file number on May 2024 still I didn’t get my work permit and travel document. It is too delay for me. After that. I find out my work permit applied under C 31 on March 9 2025 I request to change my class c31 to c09 . He applied already my work permit I 765 under C9. I have doubt only changing request class are whole I 765 form again how long I wait to get my work permit and travel document please someone clarified me thank you.

@Dk samy it takes between 6 to 8 months to get EAD and travel document approved. that’s a rough estimate on a good day. sometimes it could take longer. but be optimistic and have faith. soon you will get it okay. 👌🏽
