guys , I just got an email update stating action was taken on your case , of course I hurriedly logged in, only to see interview was scheduled on your i130. this doesn’t make sense because my lawyer already withdrew it in 2021 before filing for my Vawa. has anyone ever experienced this?

when I switched over I went into my field office on the last interview date to tell them because they kept scheduling interviews. An officer took my info to the back (ALL RECEIPTS AND MY LETTER TO HOLD IN ABEYANCE) and I guess updated my case. Later on that day my I130 case was closed!

i filled up 2021 too January 2021 they did interview schudle and cancelled like 4 times after I send my vawa back in 2021 and then finally 3 4 months later they just left my 485 interviews was schudle and my I 130 is still actually active weird idk they haven’t closed it

@tired from waitingg @sweet lins @Katrona Farrington @Oh lord show me mercy I received a letter that my US citizen spouse sponsorship denied since we had issues and divorced I believe that is I-130 but since then it’s still showing interview is re-scheduled. I hold my 485 and filed wava.
I don’t know why it doesn’t say I130 is denied.
any opinion?

@Ivan b dont worry mine is kinda same i think it wont never gonna denied it will gonna stay there forever even after hopefully getting our green card🥲
