First u need to send in your i-360 , with a receipt notice of your i-485 along side with your i-765 and i-131 that if u need to travel if not u dont need i-131. Then make sure u file C09 category so that u can get your EAD while your i-360 is still pending.

Aji oye For EAD if we file can we get early on c09 and how much time it take because I just file in Jan 2022 and after 7 days on i765 they took my old fingerprints for that

so you did i485 before vawa when was married file right so u still have pending i485 than u did vawa so they give u EAD on vawa based

I don’t know about my situation I have to work and get paycheck but I don’t my old EAD expired and my vawa based EAD pending

i send in my marriage base i30 and i485 2019 so me and my ex get separated 2020 so 2020 I sent it my vawa and 2020 they intive for interview I went myself I gave them my vawa receipt I told them to put my i484 on pending so I use i485 to renew my ead 2020

that’s good I did my interview with my ex but after that Covid start and everything is shutdown and I had another interview notice came last sep but we already separated and divorce so I withdraw all file and she did too and I file for vawa

you would have just send in your vawa and request them to extend the interview date for you so that you can get your vawa receipt then you can take it with you

like that 99 percent if your vawa get approve you don’t have to go to interview again

but i wasn’t prepared for vawa because I have to send it to lawyer everything and than they reviewed and submitted take 2 months for that I know if I knew something like that I definitely did but my luck and time was wrong so that’s fine something is going to be good that’s why it happen

I did! my VAWA was approved end of March, so now I’m wondering how long it will take for USCIS to resume my marriage based I485, which I had also put on hold.
