yes. Feb 2022, approved by Oct 2023. just waiting for the GC to be approved . I checked with a lawyer, an the estimated time is from 8 to 12 months to get it

I am from June 2021. I have work permit already expiring in August this year. I have 3 prima facies, the 3rd one I received 2 months ago and will expire in June this year. I applied all together with greencard and I have my cases only: I360- Received on June 1rst.
And the i485- Biometrics and pic added to the case.
I'm waiting for 1015 days already.

i know a guy from April 2022 (i360 filed) got his vawa petition approved in Dec 2023 without any expedite request. I think uscis already started processing of cases filed in 2022.
