I got response from my congressperson, my case is still under background check, uscis recommended me :

did you apply for vawa in 2019? did you apply for EAD and I-131 ? benefits would be housing, or other public benefits offered by the government or state.

what do they specifically check for background check Mike is under pending since 21st of October 2021 . what kind of background check could be and take so long to get approval or denial

I don’t think there is any particular advice you’ll be needing from anyone as of now other than just wait while they conduct their security/background checks… as for as immigration benefit is concerned because, clearly they are the one holding your immigration benefits. I wouldn’t worry too much about those English clauses. I got a similar email around last December through my congressman as well and my GC was approved 12th of this month.
