what you mean I 130 Is approved help with vawa case I 130 is related to marriage case if your I 130 is approved that mean your marriage case is approved what to do with vawa

because she mistreat me and verbally abused me she also wanted to sabotage my i130 procaces so i decided to change to vawa. @tired from waitingg

@tired from waitingg I'm also confused. If the I-130 was approved, that's it. You'll get the conditional green card. If she doesn't want to go to the other interview in 2 years then you can lawyer up, but maintain documents while you're still together so you can prove the marriage was legit but ended because of abuse or irreconcilable differences

i just filed the i360 by it self with my lawyer and he said since i have a an i130 approved uscis sees that as bonafide relationship and besides the other evidence of the abuse too

@bryan alvarado I can see that your I-130 has been approved… nice one but you should have gone ahead to submit your I-485 and see whether your spouse will withdraw cuz you might be lucky that she will not do any of what you are saying on time and by the time she wants to, you must have been completely approved and your GC will be on its way to you. But I understand the need for you to switch to VAWA, this would have been a backup for you so that way you are protected in the event the marriage base doesn’t go through and that way your can put your I-485 in abeyance. this way your case will go faster and will reduce your processing time and all. Do not worry okay you are still fine no matter what. just my two cents on how you should have played it and I’m sure your lawyer should know this as well if he’s really experienced. let’s know how it goes okay we got you Bryan 👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾

I see but vawa takes 41 months as uscis website you wanna wait 3 years minumum if I were you if my I 130 approved try to get my 485 approve first and get my green card if you over 20 months of waiting you can even get 10 years i do not think any advantage will your vawa case cuz your I 130 approved maybe they wont ask you bonafide marriage things but they dont even work together vawa is all different case so first try to get green card with I 130 based if not then yeah vawa

@bryan alvarado yes psychological evaluation will suffice and a very strong evidence. you can look for those who do charge much or go to a religious center and ask for one they will be willing to direct to someone that can help out.
