I went twice on my ap (c09)vawa pending

you can actually use it as much time as you wanted. it’s a multiple entry, just that we need to be careful of how often we use it if we still have a pending case because if you later get an interview they might ask you reasons you been going in and out. other than that we have right to use it as much as we want. I used mine multiple times as well.

@manny pop did u went with your spouse or without ? if we go there home country without spouse it can b any problem when returning to us ?

@journey fellas you don’t have to go with your spouse and upon arrival the officer won’t ask about your spouse. there are parole officers, you will be directed to parole officer who will take you AP and confirm if it’s real . they also run a quick background check on you to ensure you don’t have any records. thanks all.

@Ricky Jose I would not travel back to your home country having an asylum case pending. There's a reason why you are asking for asylum, if you can go back and visit then you don't need asylum.

I use mine twice now and everything is going smooth without no problem
