The crazy part is, there are a lot of people waiting on their EAD to get approved and instead, they send multiples to someone who doesn’t have a need for it. Amazing USCIS 😂😂

same here. I sent my Rfe response in Oct 2022 and it’s like 1 yr no update . I can’t open an inquiry. they said your case still processing normally. I tired of this

@Awesome God , Don't worry just be patient, expect interview or Decision, so that you can have a good smile at the end. The entire process is soo painful.

@SAM GEM Thanks so much. I gone past worry stage. My petition was June, 2020 and it’s already gone past their “NEW” 35 months fake processing timing. It’s already 38 months and still counting. Like FELA sang “CONFUSION DON BREAK BONE” na siddon look I dey.

my pd is Feb 2022, they requested for RFE and my husband’s i130 status states ‘response to RFE received’ since March 2021. had my second interview since April 2022 and my i485 says interview completed and my case must be reviewed’. I am truly exhausted

they’re trash. We are second class people over their eyes. I’m having issues reassuring my employer about the extension policy because my notice doesn’t states anything about it

@marcus ss Most HR in this country know next to nothing about EAD. It’s when you have an expiring EAD that you come to the reality that they are all used to GC/Citizenship employees. Explaining is a painful aspect because they can never understand the pain you are going through.

@Awesome God correct, they don’t. it doesn’t matter how much I try to send them uscis links and quote paragraphs in the same, they re not flexible

@marcus ss It’s about flexibility, they are just not informed……Period. I lost a job back then just because of this and the funniest part is that I was told to return once my new EAD gets to me. My manager documented that I was on a leave of absence. Exactly 3 days or thereabout my new EAD was delivered. I returned only for the HR to ask me to start the re-employment process as a new applicant, a place I had worked for over a year!!!!

@Awesome God At this point I’m considering leaving this country. It’s been years facing the same humiliation and it’s affecting my mental health. I’m completely drained and considering my options from now on
