contact NVC and ask them about this. you can do an inquiry if you haven't received a welcome letter after 60 days of approval. That's what I read on there website

I sent an inquiry since 30 days and I think I should wait for another 60 days to receive their feedback

I think you used search to be sure they did not reply by typing uscis on your email

what type of welcome letter they have to send ? for which application ?

@Black Diamond friend of mine with same PD called NVC yesterday and been told that case was received just last week so hopefully 👨🏽

@Ahmad, best of luck. Keep us posted. A nurse from my wife's group got hers already and her PD was Feb 14. My wife's PD is Jan 28 and we don't where her files are at this point. I hope it is in that same batch tho. 😪🤞🏾

@black diamond I received an email that my case received by NVC and they will send the welcome letter soon try to email them NVCresearch@state.gov

@Ahmad, we had emailed them a while back. probably around day 60 or sometime after. They told us it wasn't in their system. I am curious, did you send them a copy of your approval notice or did you email them a copy of the I-797?

yeah I attached it and they send me back within 2 days

@Ahmad, perfect. I am glad you got a favorable response. In my wife's case, the lawyer just sent her a copy of the approval notice that USCIS emailed them. They never sent her the I-797. 😪

what about SRC number (Receipt Number)

Yeah, we provided that. We sent it Apr 5 and got a reply the following day that they didn't have record of her approval in their system. Which technically meant that TSC didn't send her files there before that date. I just had my wife email them again to see if that has changed. Will keep you posted. 🙏🏾🤞🏾

@Ahmad, I forgot to ask. Did they tell you the exact date that they received your approval at NVC? This is important because of the processing time. The fact that they said you will get the welcome letter soon is vague (if that's the case).
