what was the reason to expedite? I applied in July 2023 and USCIS told me I am not eligible to file expedite request

Tebrikler ama çok da sevinmenize gerek yok diye düşünüyorum, çabuk onaylanan vakaların sorgu tarihi 1 yıldan fazla sürüyor, umarım 2 yıl beklemenize gerek kalmaz.

Congratulations, but I don't think you should be too happy, the interrogation date for cases that are approved quickly takes more than 1 year, I hope you don't have to wait 2 years.

@Nigora Babaeva I believe that is not true. For one, my lawyer told me us citizen petitions are taking around 4-6 months at nvc not 2 years. And secondly, I will be expediting this request for the same reason uscis approved my expedite request so hopefully it will be even sooner than that! so yes, i will be too happy!

@Hennnnnyy T Of course, your problem may be that your husband is either old or very ill, I don't know, cancer or something, then you can go faster, but unless you have another reason other than that, you will wait.

I contacted the white house by filling out this form: https://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/

i was told ONLY use this if you know you have an expeditable case they can inquire on, not just your application is taking too long to not waste their time or your time. They said they will not forward the inquiry if the reason your are contacting them is something serious and urgent and other than rhe fact that it is taking long
