USCIS TIME Estimates are not accurate
From 6 months to your case is taking longer than expected. Is anyone going through the same cause am losing my mind. Every morning I see cases that were submitted less than a year ago getting approvals and I wonder the criteria. Anyway, congratulations to the approvals

I have sent in two inquiries and everytime. “ The case is proceeding just normal” Its heartbreaking when you have no control.

Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for delay on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
