Almost after 2 years from my interview and expecting a decision, my case is being actively reviewed and on top of that uscis decided to hit me with an RFE
for my medical form 693, but I submitted it on my interview date on Dec 16th 2021, why are they asking me to submit it again, I think they might have misplaced it or something. You just never know what you gonna go through with these ppl

how did they ask you to send new medical. because I spoke with live agent almost 3 weeks ago. she said they will send you medical rfe to you. but I have not heard nothing from them.

@Ram A I got an update on my uscis account today, it said they’re actively reviewing my case and then I seen the RFE for my medical

@folz awesome I submitted my 130, 485 & 765 on June 29th, 2021. Then uscis sent me a courtesy letter saying they haven’t received my medical, I took it with me on my interview on Dec 16th, 2021.

@baris kurt I did my medical and sent it to uscis, they said they received it, I’m just waiting to hear from them now
