My PD is Oct 14, 2020 I did an inquiry on Jul 2. They responded: “Recently, you contacted us regarding the status of your pending application or petition. USCIS systems indicate that we are actively reviewing your application, and nothing is outstanding at this time. Your case has moved forward in the process. USCIS officials will determine whether an interview is necessary. If we schedule you for an interview, you will be required to appear in person at a USCIS office. We will send you a notice with the date, time, and location of the interview. If USCIS officials determine that the requirement for an interview may be waived, your application will be adjudicated by a USCIS Field Office in the order in which it was received. Additional information can be found on the USCIS web site.” Is it the same for you guys?

@Bubu Nguyen No mine is not the same . I guess you are ahead in the process than mine. Has your case been transferred to a local office before ?

i got your case is actively being reviewed, you will recieve the decision or other action shortly i got this almost 20 days ago but i dont know what next

@Rom Sin last time I checked with Emma live agent, they told me my case was transferred to a Field Office. It was at NBC before this. But the weird thing is that the Field office that they transferred my case to isn’t in the same State where I’m working now lol. It’s confusing.
