@rana and Apparently it is very normal. We submitted medical RFE on 3/16, they only gave us an update on 9/12 that it was received and they are reviewing our case again. Total madness of a wait that requires a great amount of patience.

If you want you can open a service request as you had no response after 60 days of them receiving the RFE response.
