uscis phone call
#has anybody here of uscis calling u on the phone telling u we have denial your application.I’m waiting for the letter..they called me telling me they have denied my application.they want to my husband to talk to him to sign i130 to redraw the application or they will send him to jail

That’s the work of the people that knew about your husband processing. Don’t answer them . uscis we never contact you through phone call unless you call them yourself. just ignore them and you will surely receive approval letter very soon

I’m working in New York..but my husband is in Philadelphia.my husband called me that two people came to him while he was going to work and started asking him a lot of questions.and gave him a paper to sign and withdraw his petition.l have not heard that before..after that l had the call from the person telling me that my i485 is denied.my husband has told them the truth

this is very weird , uscis will never call you unless you request a call back for something , neither willl they threaten to sign papers to withdraw petition , definitely report this and call uscis to check your case

Your husband wants to withdraw his application. The story’s not adding up. USCIS doesn’t work like that.
