USCIS Online Account: Documents Tab
Hi All, March 2022 Filer here! I mailed my full I-130 case to USCIS, and the agents scanned the documents into the system. However, I am not seeing scanned versions of some of the documents I had included. Is that the case for others? Do they tend to upload EVERY single item into the system? Thank You,

hey, July 2022 Filer here, same thing occurred on my account. I can’t explain why it only shows some of the documents I submitted. maybe a glitch in the system.

It seems like they uploaded the supporting files/documents only, and only part of them. At least in my case.

I don’t even see anything uploaded in mines just one screenshot I sent of our FaceTime video calls and that’s uploaded in the unsolicited evidence tab

I think you should update them by yourself now before they start reviewing coz all they need is the documents not the time differences. good luck

@khalif m - so I should assume they don’t have the documents that haven’t been scanned in?

Wait, that doesn’t sound right to me. We don’t know how they decide what to upload from their end or not, that doesn’t mean they don’t have the originals we submitted. The uploading part from us will be additional evidence to support our case. You can go ahead and upload everything again, but I wouldn’t do that. Some of us mentioned we also only see part of our submissions, in my case, none of the main forms were scanned, the one that has was the sub-form under the main form along with some evidence. There’s no logic to it. Unless they ask you to, I think it’s good to not stress and spend time doing it. If they see all the documents you uploaded as supporting documents the originals when they get to your case, it’s going to be confusing, wouldn’t it?
