I have 2 times and I think they are the only effective org that might be able to help. however, before reaching out to them, you should've tend raising outside normal processing requests or let's say, waited 60 days since the last action etc. otherwise they will respond with pretty standard messages e.g. give uscis 60 days and then reach out to them and give another 45 days .. So, long story short, fill out the form on their website and provide enough context/evidences. they usually respond within a week. good luck.

@ Ethan can I try convincing with HR to give me a letter.stating my employment would be terminated if EAD did not come by..this date and submit this as an expedite request

what’s ombudsman?

@ Ethan f ..did younhave successful case approval.after approaching uscis ombudsman....I raised case request yest on the uscis ombudsman portal and no update.yet

@yk - I didn't have approval as a result of contacting ombudsman because, at the same time or during their process, USCIS sent me an RFE. they then replied that I have to respond to RFE and wait for 60 days...
