USCIS note Changed
Need some input here.
My attorney put a request for service inquiry for Travel Documents as it was pending over normal processing time.
USCIS updated status and put a note: On February 22, 2023, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than I will processing time, referral number SR105XXXXXXXXX, was assigned to an officer for response.
Today we received another note, they change the date and states:
On March 13, 2023, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than I will processing time, referral number SR105XXXXXXXXX, was assigned to an officer for response.
Pretty much, same note, but the date changed.
Does anyone have an idea what’s really happening?

@A F Yes, on USCIS account. My request was sent back in the beginning of Feb, 2022. Then on 23rd of Feb the note stated that it was assigned to the officer and then it got changed today and now it’s showing that it was assigned to the officer. So confusing.

@Nick A it still not 32 months, actually it is a good thing an officer will look to your inquiry you are at 30 months

@In God we trust only Actually the service inquiry was for Travel Document, not for VAWA. My AP is pending for over 400 days, which makes it to be outside of normal processing time.
