My PD is 04/04/2024 and I applied for AOS on 12/12/2025. I didn't pay for the premium process because my lawyers told me not to, that it would be a guaranteed RFE. The problem is the waiting time; I'm about to reach two years of waiting and the work permit hasn't even arrived.

@Andres Escobar did you go futher in AOS steps? like biometrics or any silent update or EAD approval?

I applied on October 27, 2025. my Pd is Jan 19, 2024. EAD and 485 after biometrics. Be patient

I'm also PD 04/2024 I waited long enough and saw a major shift to premium processing being prioritized now. if you can't wait, file PP, as I don't think you can expect organic increase in regular processing anytime soon. I was using trackmyi140.com to see the trends
