I sent my green card package to USCIS on December 22nd. 2 weeks later, I Got scheduled for biometrics. A week ago, I received my 4 receipt letters. But since then I haven’t received anything else. I am missing the letters with the codes to make the account and the appointment letter… I'm afraid I will miss my appointment and the office is 2 hours away from where I live… Does someone know if I can call, and they can give me the appointment date 😢 I'm desperate. #greencard #marriage #uscisletters #biometricsappointment #Massachusetts

you can chat with Emma to retrieve the code and then create an account to reschedule your appointment. Our timeline is exactly the same. My case was received Dec 22 2023. And I guessed my 485 receipt number based on 130 number. Then early Jan, when I see the biometric is scheduled, I immediately talked to Emma and got all the information, rescheduled the appointment to the next day. Finger prints were taken on Jan 5 and now endless waiting…

troy z when u contact Emma just say info pass and u will be directed to a live agents
