uscis inquiry request
So I made an online inquiry about my case a week ago and they reach out to me yesterday via email to let me know that I should be receiving a decision shortly in the mail and if I do not receive a decision I should make another inquiry in 120 days. It’s been 7 months since I submitted RFE with no update to my case.

Do you mean you asked Emma? I’m at the same bolt I had RFE 7 months ago I responded and nothing yet .

no not Emma, the inquiry was sent directly to the officer processing my case. you have to log into your uscis account. click the tab right top corner and then the inbox tab, then you will see where it say “submit an inquiry directly to the office processing your case.” They responded a few days after to say I will receive a decision shortly

@M A unfortunately I didn’t receive any update. I went ahead and applied for the travel document a month ago. I have biometrics appointment next 2 weeks.
