USCIS has completed pre-processing checks on the applications listed below and the cases have been transferred to the Orlando Field Office for processing.
Got courtesy email from USCIS While review of the case is pending, you have an opportunity to supplement the file with additional documentation that you believe may support your (your client’s) eligibility for the immigration benefit. Please do not resubmit the same documentation you submitted with the initial application. During our review, an Immigration Services Officer will determine whether we may waive an interview, based on the specific facts of the application and the immigration record. this means case will be close to result?? any ideas ?? experience??

@Shiva S I uploaded more evidence up to present last Friday. I did not receive anything but hopefully soon I will get positive news as per others experience it will happened sooner. Anyone got similar email and got approved??

EB 1 - I 485 - transferred from Nebraska to Orlando field office : I have received the RFE on May 22 2023 and have responded on June , the package was delivered to Orlando field office on 06/20/2023. It's been more than 3 months haven't seen any status change still says May 22 RFE was sent. RFE was to provide additional evidence for my birth certificate.
