USCIS error
I filed for my wife's I-130 back in July 2025. For the first few months, my portal showed a "my progress" tab. It disappeared in November. I'd sent them an e-mail stated that it's gone and hasn't been on my portal in months (I figured it was just an error). The said it was fixed. it wasn't. It's still gone.
Has anyone had this problem?
I would just like to know so I can start preparing for the next step with the most accurate information.

I think my progress tab is not showing to anyone, they removed it

i think due to backendlogs and pause or policy change, everyones case is slowed down
