is it worth making a USCIS enquiry about our case, we are right on the 15.5 month mark with no updates or anything, not even an active review yet, I’m starting to think they have lost our case tbh since we filed on paper….

i think so, it doesn’t hurt to try, At least to get clarity that they received your case & its not lost.

how can we do enquiry? @Moe Q in processing time page it says do not enquire before certain date?

from my experience they will reply if there been no action on your case for over 6 months

I think this is pretty normal unfortunately. one day it will go into active review and it will be approved.

@Jacob Needham Did you get an active review shortly after you filed? like a few weeks or month after? You usually get 2 … one shortly after and then another 2 days before approval.
