try using “Ask Emma” and chat with a live agent. they hardly answer calls at all.

Emma is on the website. You can try the chat. It really is frustrating.

When you call and they ask what your requirement is, you have to say the word INFOPASS, then they ask you if you have your receipt number you say yes, then they ask you to say your receipt number you say IOE... and then they transfer you to a live person. For the Emma chat you must type "Live Agent" if you still see the menu type again Live Agent and then give the petitioner's info they transfer to Live agent chat and type your question fast or they close the chat
