USCIS case status suddenly changed to show that USCIS received correspondence and is reviewing it
Hi everyone. My VAWA case has been pending since April 2023. Yesterday, August 10, my USCIS case status suddenly changed to show that USCIS received correspondence and is reviewing it. I haven’t submitted or sent anything recently. Has anyone experienced something similar, and did you have a positive outcome afterward?

hi, the same happened with my 485 recently but I didn't send anything but my lawyer told me that it means that my application It simply confirms that USCIS has received your application and that it is now in their system for processing.

Oct 2025 got the same update nothing yet almost a year since I got that update
