USCIS case inquiry received
I received an email this morning stating they received my case status inquiry; but the thing is my case is still processing in normal time. Does anyone know if these inquiries would move your case by somehow? Does it mean, My case is going to be approved soon? PD: April 17, 2023 Texas service center (I-130 for spouse as USC)

I received the same message on the 14th of April I wouldn't put much hope into it. I'm also PD April 17th so that gave me hope that they would approve soon but nothing yet.

It doesn't make anything move faster. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"

when you call uscis usually its hard to reach a live person so say “ technical difficulties info pass” it will quickly connect you to speak to someone
