USCIS call
hi CRP holders,
I got a call from USCIS agent; unfortunately I count pick it and they left me a voice message saying they will call tomorrow; what should be the call regarding? I did a service request on march 5 th regarding I 485?

@g c what's your PD, RD and since when are you on CRP? I'd say a callback is generally a good indication because they could easily dismiss your SR without ever talking to you even. also which EB are you? EB-1 or NIW potentially have better results in such situations

@craig b PD sep 2022; I485 submitted on march 22nd,2023, CRP from May31st 2023 which is more than 9 months. EBNIW

@g c good luck. I heard that they call for urgent things like last minute interview scheduling. also heard about callbacks from tier 2 agents. could be real. if you're NIW and had a good story in your SR maybe it worked

@Patiently waiting me and my husband had a talk with 2 officer separately . the officer for my husband mentioned that he will be forwarding the concern to USCIS that does preprocessing of the case. However, speaking to another office for me was very fast and she mentioned me that I need to wait until April 24 to do service request or at least 30 days to hear back from them. so I am confuse and in delima, two different officer with two different things . I am current from Jan and belong to ROW. It’s a year of filing i485.
