uscis call
I have been trying to call uscis about my case outside processing time but I couldn't get through to speak to an agent. the automated voice keeps hanging up on me saying to go online and file a form. Anyone who has called uscis lately and was able to speak to an agent? What reason did you give the robot to transfer you to a human being? please help. I called 1-800-375-5283

I spoke to an agent last Thursday, but now I'm calling im getting the same thing you're getting now. this is sooooo frustrating 😤

I successfully got through on the phone last week (after being on hold for 60 minutes) but was unable to yesterday. I did use their live online chat function instead which I only waited 5 minutes to be put through to a live agent, so I highly recommend this alternative

l got through to an agent, was told my case was transferred from california to Nebraska service center. Agent state this was happening due to case loads, they needed to move cases faster for processing.

Press # (if you do not know your receipt number) After that, the automated phone system will connect you to a live customer service agent from USCIS. hopefully!

,@lola I filed on my own dec 2019, ( didn't file my I131 nor my I765) not 9n purpose. I did bio feb 2020, march 2020 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. I was hesitant to file the missing documents after speaking to a lawyer, but now I just file i131 sept 2020 and i-765 October 2020. im just sitting now and praying daily 😩😩😩

@lola ade..i just spoke to an agent just now...as soon as the automated phone asks for my case number..I said info pass appointment..it connected me to a live agent within a minute..try it and thank me later
