USCIS agent level 2
Does anyone know who is a level 2 agent at uscis. I made an expedite request that still has no response, I contacted Emma now, and she told me that a level 2 agent would contact me to help.

Search tier 2 agent here…Basically when you call and they’re done righ all the introductory options, say ‘infopass’…. it will redirect you to an agent to speak with about your concerns
