I am trying to respond to an RFE on my USCIS account and when I tried to upload more than one PDF file the screen goes blank has this happened to anyone else ?

@danielle Iqbal No, not for one but when I was downloading files I had quite few fails and the file size was under what was indicated on the page and no more than 5 files at a time…. The upload doesn’t always work great. Just make sure you have a good connection and you don’t go over the size limit…. otherwise keep trying
