Hi everyone today a weird thing happend about my i485 case it says online it’s in NBC and today I called uscis and spoke to a agent about my case he said your case is still in Vermont I asked him it shows it’s in NBC but still he says it’s in Vermont
I’m totally confused now
my i485 got transferred to NBC before my vawa approval but now the uscis agent tells me it’s with Vermont center anyone had this type of weird experience

this call center people don’t really know what they about. they will tell you and repeat what they see in their system. I’m sure their system doesn’t even update the same way their app also don’t. it’s crazy smh
