@Fr . well I am not an immigration lawyer, but it all depends which nationality u mentioned when u submitted ur i130, but this freeze on visa is jus on immigration categories... as per my understanding

That Russian ban is fake, Russia maybe included in the list, but I bet they will still approve & accept applications from those countries. They definitely want only white people in the country. Look at how the rest of the countries are brown or black.

@Fr . well in my humble opinion as long as ur i130 is pending jus like our i130 for F4, it's all good, bcoz it is a pause on VISA issuance and processing etc, in our case the processing have not even started and it's in que as backlog 🙂

I've been waiting for my F4 visa since 2010, I was already waiting for the interview in Rio de Janeiro, unfortunately I'm not going to my son's wedding on June 26.

@linda hey what I've learned, listened and watched from diff immigration lawyers they r saying the pause is on VISA issuance and the rest of the process will continue as it is, but the prob here is the backlog is already HUGE, this pause will make it even worse ..fingers crossed for something good to happen
