US spouse refuses to sign I-751
Hi All, what can you do when your US spouse refuses to sign 1-751 (removal of condition) without a divorce because we have been having some marital problems ? we have a 2 years old child together

@AJ B You need to make up your mind. Are you staying married or getting a divorce. If you stay married then your spouse MUST sign your I-751 form. If you are getting divorced then your spouse doesn’t have to. The first thing is to make a decision on where your marriage is going to and go from there.
