is your wife in another country? are is she in the US with you I'm kinda not understanding that part. also if she's in a banned country then another waiting period I guess ...since it hasn't been lift yet .

if I'm guessing correct .I think you next step is to continue with nvc national visa center. .. nvc will send you a welcome letter with her case number .you have to use it for access to her account. then from there you submit documents and pay the fees do her medical in libya . then schedule appointment to to get her visa to arrive in the US.....

Congrats, that’s a big step, especially after such a long wait. What happens next depends on where your spouse is: If your spouse is inside the U.S. (adjustment of status): The case moves toward final review of the I-485. This can take about 6 to 12 months, sometimes longer depending on the field office and whether an interview is required. The next step is usually an interview notice or direct approval. If your spouse is outside the U.S. (consular processing): The case goes to the National Visa Center (NVC). You’ll submit fees, the DS-260, and civil documents. Once everything is accepted, you become “documentarily qualified,” and then wait for an interview at the embassy. This stage is often 1 to 3 months at NVC, plus 1 to 4 months for interview scheduling, depending on the consulate. If you can share where your spouse is, it’s easier to give a more precise timeline. Either way, you’re past one of the hardest parts, and the remaining steps are more structured from here.
