US Citizen filing for Brother
Is Alien number assigned right after the i-130 approval? That is what I found on the approval notice for my brother in the beneficiary section.
But that is not the case for my mother which is confusing.
Both are outside the US.

dont matter how fast he got i130 so fast that petition takes 12 years, that sucks.
