Is it something to do with priority date retrogression ? Do you have more details to share especially your timeline ?

@sk SK- did you case transfer to NBC after i140 approval?

this could be because of the retrogression. my Pd is Feb 9 2022. just outside the Feb 1 date. my case was transferred to nbc on Oct 24 so hoping there might still be a chance for early approval!

hey nope :) been checking everyday but nothing so far. was hoping the priority date advances this bulletin but no luck there as well.

sk when did you get I 140 approved. and more important did your case transfer to nbc ?

@J D my i140 was approved in July’22 and yes my case is with NBC I last checked few weeks back with agent through Emma

oh i140 was approved very fast for you. surprised that they paused work even after transferring.

@SK SK @J D any luck on your cases ? my status still shows “temporarily paused due to non availability of visa numbers”….Not sure how many more days will have to wait.

well the only luck I’m having is that my case status does not say paused. but rather. it’s been transfer to another field office. I spoke to the Emma live agent and he confirmed that my case is being reviewed. he couldn’t give any timelines. I asked him if my case was not paused and that it is still under review and he confirmed it. but I’m not sure with the responses they give honestly. @sat ban when is ur Pd and is did you get a transfer notice saying to ‘speed up processing’ they are moving ur case to nbc ? ??

@J D my pd is May 2022. my case is actually been transferred to Boston FO from NBC during Jan 2023.

@J D & @ SK SK - even I’m same boat got my status updated last week. My EB1C 485 case was moved to NBC. I40 approved in Jan ‘23. Priority date Sep’21 ( PD from my earlier EB2). Since my PD is current as per April and May Uscis bulletin, would any of you know why my 485 application is kept on hold. Any suggestions?

@SK Any updates? i got the same status today. My i-140 was approved in Oct 22 and filed i 485 when it was "C" during Dec 22. Today my status changed to the same.

@GC ASAP, what does this status mean? How come you are confident that it means all is set?

I am in the same Boat PD Mar 2022 and I-140 was approved in June 2022, case moved into the temp pause status and moved from LA field office to NBC after it was reviewed by the field office and there were no Visa number available. @Ram K did you receive any updates on your application since your dates are current?

Hey, how we will know when that case is transferred to field office? Do we need to check with live agent? My PD 10 Feb 2022
